8am,
mummy had a lower backache. jus few days ago, she n ah ma chatted abt labour. n ah ma told her 2nd uncle is lower backache for labour pain. so mummy was alert when she had it. but she tot cud b false alarm. she saw daddy got dressed, n daddy ask her how is she feeling. she say got lower backache, but cud b false alarm, he shld go work. n she went back to slp when the pain is gone.
11am,
mummy woke up n went to pee. she saw blood on her undie!!! she quickly came out n tell ah ma. n ah ma say mus go hospital, quick call daddy home. mummy called daddy, but he is too far away so he ask his frd to com pick us. in the mean time, mummy call the gynae's ofix num, n told her she got spotting. gynae wasn't in ofix, n the nurse told mummy to go hospital.
so mummy went for a quick shower, brought out the hospital bag, n nibble few biscuits. but the pain is gettin closer n stronger. she has to do deep breathing to control herself.
11.40am,
finally uncle tommy is here. lucky hospital is only 5min away fr home. they went to A&E, nurse chk on mummy, n found she is dilated liao!! so gave her a wheelchair n push her up to labour ward. she was given a medicine, n went to empty her bladder.
12pm,
daddy arrived at labour ward, but mummy is pain til gg to faint. she took the normal anestatic jab, which is included in the delivery package. but her body din react wif the jab. but she endure, cos wan to save $$ fr the epidurial. nurse taught daddy to tell mummy how to breath deeply. she grabbed daddy's hand so tight, think daddy's hand might break.
1pm,
gynae came to chk on mummy. she broke her waterbag, n saw i poo inside. so she told mummy, by 6pm i wasn't ready to com out, she nid to b sent for emergency c-section. mummy dun wan to go under the knive, so keep prayin n askin me to b good boy. she keep chanting, 'NAN WU OR MI TUO FO'
3pm,
mummy can't tahan liao, so ask for the epidurial. anestatist came, but took a long time to poke mummy. cos mummy shiver when the contractions came, den the needel can't put in, scare will break. he ask mummy to control her shiver. she was thinking, 'siao ah! me so pain, how to control???!!!!' worse of all, she wasn't allowed to shout, she nid to save the energy to push later. finally, the epidurial was put in!! mummy felt the medicine 5min later. wat a relief!!
5.45pm,
nurse came in to chk again, n notice mummy is ready for labour. she went to tell the gynae, n prepare mummy for pushing. nurse spread mummy's legs n told her to wait for gynae. gynae came in, n tell mummy to push when she felt the nex contraction is here. mummy still feel the contraction, but no more pain. wat a miricle epidurial is!
mummy push n push, but she was so tired fr the long wait. worse of all, she wasn't allowed to hv sip of water when she's thirsty. the nurse told her, scare she will push shit out later on.
the nurse encourage her too! she said "push! push like the hardest shit u ever shit!!" mummy feel like laffing, but too busy for tt. LOL
6.45pm,
finally, gynae said, head is seen!! n she use vaccum to suck me out. wat a relief! nurse put me on mummy's tummy. wat a mess! blood n water all over me. n the nurse told mummy to chk, I M A BOY!! den brought me over to the cleansin table n clear my lungs. daddy went over to the cleansin table n c the nurse clean me.
oh ya!! the whole deliver process, daddy only stood at a side. when gynae ask daddy wanna help pull me out, he shook his hands, den gynae said, 'oh ya! forgot u scare of blood'
den, i was told to rest while they brought me up to the nursery. daddy followed them, n mummy start SMSing her frds. daddy called wai por, she got a grandson :D
